Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Spaces ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Spaces is a project management and measurement platform designed for AI-augmented engineering teams. The Service provides tools for planning, tracking, workflow management, cost attribution, and analytics for teams using AI agents in their development process. Features and functionality may change as we continue to develop the platform.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share accounts or credentials with unauthorized individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Billing & Payments
During the beta period, Spaces is available at no cost. When paid plans launch, you will be notified in advance and given the option to select a plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to content you upload or create in Spaces, including project plans, documents, task descriptions, and configurations. You grant Spaces a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use your content for purposes unrelated to providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you upload.
6. AI Agents & Automation
Spaces facilitates the management of AI agents but does not provide AI model access directly. You are responsible for the actions of AI agents configured within your account. Spaces tracks and attributes AI agent activity but does not control agent behavior. You must ensure your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws and the terms of your AI provider agreements. Spaces is not liable for outputs generated by AI agents.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Spaces to violate any law or regulation, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with other users' access, reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service for competitive analysis. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these provisions.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Spaces integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Slack, Cursor, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. Spaces is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes. You authorize Spaces to access third-party services on your behalf when you enable integrations. You may revoke integration access at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The Spaces platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Spaces and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service. Your feedback and suggestions may be used by Spaces without obligation. These terms do not grant you any rights to Spaces trademarks or branding.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Spaces in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of metrics and analytics provided by the Service.
